Books published by Walter L. Williams

     Walter L. Williams is the author and editor of many books and academic journals, and author of over 200 articles and reviews published in journals, edited books, magazines, and internet websites online.  The main subjects of his publications, based on his own intensive archival and ethnographic research, include American history [especially Indigenous American, African American, Civil War and Reconstruction, and US Imperialism], Asian-Pacific cultures [especially Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Polynesia, and the Philippines], World history, Gender-Sexuality Studies, Spirituality, and Current Issues.  He also writes historical novels, poetry and song lyrics, and has written about his experiences teaching English as a foreign language, in Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Cuba, and Mexico.
